Abstract

The research aims to examine what kind of services provided by the management of lombang tourism and how the level of satisfaction of tourists who visit the services provided. (1) Knowing the service delivery and customer satisfaction in Lombang tourism, Sumenep Regency. (2) Determine the effect of service on consumer satisfaction in Lombang tourism in Sumenep Regency. (3) Determine the effect of consumer satisfaction on the interest of repeat visits in Lombang tourism, Sumenep Regency. The study population of 100 respondents who were randomly selected based on gender, age, education, visit information, and employment. The method used for sampling collection is the filling type of the People Assist questionnaire. The questionnaire measurement uses a 5-point Likert scale that starts from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree". The results of testing the regression coefficient hypothesis for service quality provide a positive influence of +0.444, ie if service quality is improved then interest in repeat visits to the coast of Lombang will increase. Regression coefficient for customer satisfaction gives a positive effect of +0.296, i.e. interest in repeat visits will increase if consumer satisfaction is increased. Service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on interest in Lombang beach visit, where the regression coefficient for service quality is higher than the regression coefficient for customer satisfaction.
