Abstract

Type of research is the survey research conducted on Ud. Rodeo fresh vegetables and fruits Jl. Source Wuni No. 1 Lawang, Malang, with the title: Effect of Stress on The Performance Work of Employees At Ud. Rodeo Fresh vegetables and Fruits Lawang-Malang. The purpose of this study is to determine job stress, employee performance, job stress have a significant impact on employee performance and the variables where the dominant or the most powerful influence on employee performance UD.Rodeo fresh vegetables and fruits poor. Based on the results of research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis was done then it can be deduced that the job stress level seen from the stress of physiological, psychological and behavioral UD.Rodeo Fresh Fruits and vegetables can be known as a whole into the low category. It can be proved that for physiological stress obtained an average score of 86.6, psychological stress and stress behavior of 85.6 by 87.8 which is included in the category overall is low. Based on the average performance of the variable scale ranges can be obtained yield was 131.2, the results could prove that the employee's performance UD.Rodeo Fresh vegetables and Fruits poor can be said to be very high. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the stress of work seen from physiological factors, psychological and behavior have a significant impact on employee performance in UD.Rodeo FreshVegetables and Fruits of Malang. The result of regression coefficients can be known that physiological stress variable that is equal to 0.251, 0.205 for psychological stress and stress variables employee behavior at 0.250. Based on these results we can conclude that the variables most strongly influence the physiological stress on the performance of UD employees. Rodeo Fresh vegetables and Fruits of Malang. Suggestions put forward in this research that is expected the management always tries to do an evaluation on the work of the employees, the business is conducted in an effort to maximize the potential of employees. In addition, these policies can be used as a basis in their policy in case of problems related to job stress of employees. It is expected that the management always seeks to maintain its employees' job stress conditions that occur during this, in this case because of stress that occurred a positive impact on employee performance. Real business that can be done is to give jobs to employees in accordance with a predetermined proportion, always maintain good relations with employees and provide the best solutions in case of employment problems among employees.
