Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship between the influence of service quality and product quality on repurchase interest directly and indirectly with satisfaction as a connecting variable. This research was conducted at PT Ivong Garin Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis. The analytical tool in this study is SPSS. Data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire and measurement of data using a Likert scale. The research sample of 100 samples. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that the quality of service and product quality affect the interest in repurchase.
