Abstract

The fact that the student’ knowledge about the sides, vertices, ribs of bangun ruang in SDN Tulusrejo 2 Malang, is less interested and quite low. It is necessary to develop learning bangun ruang using learning media. This study aims to determine: (1) the development of learning bangun ruang using pop up book media for grade 2 students of SDN Tulusrejo 2 Malang, and (2) Knowing students responses to learning bangun ruang using pop up book media. The prodecure of developing learning bangun ruang using the media pop up book through several stages including: (1) conduct initial analysis, (2) compile product design, (3) developing products that will be used, (4) conduct a field trial, (5) evaluations by experts. The instrument used was a questionnaire containing the product design. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis in the form of precentage Research shows, of the 11 students there were 9 student who passed the KKM school with a percentage of 90,1% and 2 students who did not pass the school KKM with a precentage of 6,3%. Can be concluded that the media pop up book on learning bangun ruang for students in grade II elementary school can be used in learning.
