Abstract

ABSTRAK In every industrial activity we will always be demanded to increase productivity, both in terms of increasing production results, the quality of the products produced and also the efficiency of the resources used. "X" tofu factory is one of the companies engaged in tofu production. The activity carried out by this company is to produce tofu and distribute it to consumers in the Malang city area. But these companies still have problems in utilizing their resources efficiently and environmentally friendly. There are still many waste products that are thrown away without regard to the adverse effects on the environment that will occur in the future. The concept of green productivity is very suitable to be applied in every company because it combines efforts to increase productivity and address adverse environmental impacts to achieve sustainable development.
