Abstract

This watchfulness is done to aim to detect employee work condition environment and production part employee work productivity in UD. New Ababil Lumajang. furthermore to detect influential work environment significant towards employee work productivity and to detect work environment variable the influence strongest towards production part employee work productivity in UD. New Ababil Lumajang. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using doubled linear regression analysis with test f and test t. based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so can be pulled conclusion that employee work condition environment in ud. new ababil lumajang that cover employee service, work condition, employee connection enters in good category. production part employee work productivity in ud. new ababil lumajang enter in tall category. based on doubled linear regression analysis result knowable that influential work environment significant towards production part employee work productivity in ud. new ababil lumajang. from result perbandinan regression coefficient each variable so knowable that employee service the influence strongest towards production part employee work productivity in UD. New Ababil Lumajang, that is with regression coefficient value for employee service variable that is as big as 0,228. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed side menajemen company supposed to increase on facilities that given to employee so that can creat satisfaction in work at company. supposed management side always out for watch over work condition that can support on activity employees at company, that is with give illumination enough at work employees so that employees can work well at company. company supposed to try to watch over and increase good connection and harmonic between employee with also employees with leadership.
