Abstract

The research purpose was to find out the quality product quality of UD. Garinda Salt Engineering Pasuruan according to consumer, and also to find out what attribute shall be fixed if the product quality of UD Garinda Salt Engineering Pasuruan still low according to consumer. Analysis tool used was Customer Satisfaction Index using analytical tool Kartesius Diagram. Analytical unit to consider qualified product could be seen from Customer Satisfaction, while Customer Satisfaction could be measured using Customer Satisfaction Index and to decide which attribute should be fixed, there could be seen in Kartesius Diagram by seeing the input attribute in quadrant 1 which was a quadrant where the attribute should be fixed by the company according consumer (the consumer expectation was high, the performance was low) Customer Satisfaction Index analysis was 1.074 (IKP>1) means that the consumer was satisfied by the product of UD Garinda Salt Engineering Pasuruan, while analysis result by using Kartesius Diagram found that service-ability attribute included into quadrant 1, means that the variable was the major priority to be change by the company according to consumer.
