Abstract
This research has title “ Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to company’s performance in natural resources go public in BEI”. The research purpose to know the influences between the Corporate Social Responsinility The indikator of company performance is ROI and Return Share. Hipotesis of the research is Corpotare Social Responsibility Disclousure influential to company performance. Population of this research is company in natural resources go public in BEI in 2007-2008. This analays using regretion to know influence between indepent variable and dependent variable. This research show result that Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure not influential to company performance if using ROI and Return Shar.
