Abstract
The aim of this research is to know Regional Revenue (PAD), or DAU transfer from central government (Pempus) and Fiscal Stress (FS) affect the efficiency of the sample Regional Shopping District / Municipalities in East Java. The data analyzed comes from the realization of budget report issued by the BPK. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of PAD, DAU and Fiscal Pressure on Local Government Efficiency Local Expenditures East Java. From the results of the research note that all three components significantly affects the efficiency of spending. But the PAD has a significant negative impact on the efficiency of spending. East Java Regional Government allocates funds to productive sectors that will directly affect regional income.
