Abstract

This research activity was carried out on March 10 - March 11, 2019 at the UPT PBAT Umbulan-Pasuruan East Java which is located in Sidepan Village, Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this study is the experimental method, which basically conducts experiments to see results. The results of the experiment will confirm how the position of the relationship between the variables investigated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administration of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) extracts with different doses on the level of anesthetics of Wader Pari (Rasbora lateristriata) seeds in closed system transportation, as well as to analyze the concentration of the most effective nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) extract in Wader Pari (Rasbora lateristriata) seed anesthesia in a closed transportation system The results showed that the administration of nutmeg extract with different concentrations could affect the level of anesthesia in the seeds of Wader Pari fish (Rasbora lateristriata), it was known that the higher concentration of nutmeg extract would have an impact on the acceleration of the time needed for anesthesia in Wader Pari fish (Rasbora lateristriata). Furthermore, the safe and appropriate dosage for the administration of Nutmeg fruit extracts in the transportation of closed system Wader Stingray (Rasbora lateristriata) is 2 ml / l or in treatment A which results in a survival rate of 91%.
