Abstract
This Research target that is to know the condition of environment work and employees labour capacity level at industrial company of husk "Surya" Magetan. Hereinafter to know job environment covering service of employees, condition of employees relation and job have an effect on isn't to employees labour capacity at industrial company of husk "Surya" Magetan and know the environmental variable of strongest job of influence of to employees labour capacity. Usefulness of research which wish to be reached specially for company expected to give input at company in effort improve employees labour capacity through stipulating of policy of environment work employees. Analyzer that used in this research that is by using spanning and scale of regression doubled linear. Pursuant to result of calculation mean span variable scale service of employees is during the time felt by good employees. Analysis result span scale concerning variable of condition of job is during the time felt either by result and employees span employees relation variable scale enter in good category. Analysis result span scale concerning employees labour capacity variable indicate that employees achievement that happened at employees part of production at industrial company of husk "Surya" Magetan enter in very high category. Pursuant to result analyze doubled linear regresi which have been conducted to show environmental variable of job covering service of employees, condition of employees relation and job either through together and by parsial have influence which isn't to employees achievement part of production at industrial company of husk "Surya" Magetan. Pursuant to coefficient result of regression environmental variable of job indicate that variable of condition of job have strongest influence to employees achievement part of production at industrial company of husk "Surya" Magetan. Given suggestion to company that is expected to take care of environmental condition of job which in company is and also expected company to pay attention of job facility which on the market to employees, good regardingfood and beverage facility or provided canteen, health facility and also related/relevant other facility directly with company employees activity.
