Abstract

Location is a real vital thing in continuity of a business. Including business built by CV. Creature Neka which is peripatetic is area property. Location for a housing is a real something considered for CV. Because first thing which they sell for housing of is location, then caught up by all facilities, and others. Position of correct location will become a long term investment for developer and pawnbroker candidate in housing which will be built Theoretically, analyses systematically opinion subyektif from best location choice effort by applying method Analytical Hierarchy Process, to get location wanted by consumer with various appearances of important felt criterion / made account of for itself consumer. So can be peeped out some alternative locations, like area Asrikaton (resides in road towards airport abdurrahman shaleh), area Bedali Lawang where there are a lot of industry - industry, and area Karang Ploso estimated will become settlement area with situation of good nature. Hereinafter is obtained ranking and priority wight, and gets correct decision making result. Result of determination of ranking and wight by using Analytical Hierarchy Process is obtained wight where safe criterion from natural disaster has highest wight that is 0,28. And alternative casted a vote by this location is area Bedali Lawang with highest wight that is 0,37898
