Abstract

Elementary school age represent adolence preparation age, child needs to be applied about chid’s no-band with house. At this age, children usually have been ready to live with or have had social maturity and child also can associate with their friends especially their friends’s in school, sooner or later of social maturity is determined by previous education very much (family aor TK education). This research is done by using quantitative research method which have explanasi type to test a hypothesa. Population in this research are student of first grade in sub-Province Subang, West Java. The intake of sample is done by using purposive sampling technique. With this method is obtained subject as much as 96 people who consist of 39 students of first grade in SDN Sukamandi II an 57 students of first grade in SDN Tanjung Sari. Method of data collecting in this research use social maturity scale which given to the subject parent. The result of analysis use t-test and obtained result with t-value =1,809 and sig value = 0.074, and also social maturity average value at elementary schoolchild which follow TK education is = 30,300, while social maturity average value at elementary schoolchild which not follow TK education is = 28,054. seeing this condition can be concluded that inexistence difference of TK education with not follow TK education.
