This research entitles work environment influence to spirit of and enthusiasm in work. Purpose of this research to know condition of work environment, spirit [of] employee work, and work environment influence to spirit of and enthusiasm in work. Hypothesis contended that anticipated work environment to have positive influence and significant to spirit of and enthusiasm in activity. Analysis technique applied in this research is doubled scale spread and liner regression analysis of F test applied to know significance work environment influence to spirit of employee work and test t to know work environment influence to spirit of employee work partially or each independent variable. Result of research indicates that condition of work environment to have good enough category, while condition spirit of employee work also has category that is enough Based on result of explainable doubled linear regression analysis that there are influence signifikan between work environment and spirit of employee work because having value Fhitung 46,508, while Ftabel at level significant 0,05 shows value 2,769. The thing means Fhitung bigger than Ftabel so that Ho refused and Ha is received, so that inferential that testing to hypothesis expressing that existence of influence joinly (simultan) work environment variable to variable spirit of and enthusiasm in acceptable work. Between third of work environment variable, situation variable of work having dominant influence because having value thitung and high beta coefficient.
