Abstract
Having immeasurable problems with reference to logging illegally and form of circulation done at forest area of Sumberceleng, Countryside Banjarejo, Sub District of Donomulyo, District of Malang, there are problem where actually level of awareness of resident with reference to effort preserves this forest of Sumberceleng. The main problem of this research are: 1. How actually awareness of resident about logging illegally in forest area Sumberceleng and its the circulation; 2. How actually strives to give awareness of resident to logging illegally in its the forest area and circulation. The research applies approach method of Sosiological Juridical, datas collecting technique with interview as primary data to the side of The Government of Countryside Banjarejo, documentary studies. Then data result of the research is analysed by qualitative descriptively. The forest of Sumberceleng seem critical cause of illegal logging, which subject are the resident who done without conscious that dangerous of leafless forest. The climax occured on begin of reformation era where instable nation situation was happen. At the present left is only just young tree among of production plants, with the result that the forest of Sumberceleng was divide into two classification, there are The Conservation Forest and The Production Forest This is the conclusion that the resident of Sumberceleng aware of conservation of forest, however impeller economics factor they to do risking and striving with reference to development of the awareness has been done continuously by The Sectoral Police Station of Donomulyo, in collaboration with The Government of Countryside Banjarejo through deliberation forum of countryside, and in this case Countryside Government is only as the side of member associate if experiencing problems.
