Abstract

construction characteristic of asphalt pavement concreting of Concrete many influenced by mixture material. Concrete asphalt mixture concreting material as according to mixture flattens between aggregates and asphalt as according to the order. This research done in roadway laboratory Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. execution of This research covers some steps that is inspection of material, looks for optimum asphalt, making of specimen with various usage of harsh aggregate of globularity equal to 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%,80% to know influence each variation to characteristic marshall. Making of specimen to determine difference of characteristic marshall by comparing between usages of harsh aggregate of globularity equal to 0% with globularity aggregate equal to 60%. Usage of harsh aggregate of globularity influences characteristic marshall concrete asphalt mixture that is causing stability value marshall increasingly declines to 527,86 kgs, discharge flow increasingly increases to 5,25 mm, rate of return for marshall quotient declines until 100,545kg/mm, air void value increasingly increases until 6,179%. Percentage of optimum of usage of harsh aggregate of globularity that still fulfill clauses of Bina Marga is equal to 28,5% and various with 71,5% form of breaking yielding stability value marshall 1125 Kg, flow 3,5 mm, marshall quotient 300 kg/mm, air void 4,5 %.
