Abstract

PT. X is a company that produces beauty and health products. This research is conducted on the Supply Chain Management Department. The Department has several problems, namely one of the Key Perfomance Indicator (KPI) values that do not reach the target because the target setting is too high. For that, then take performance measurements to know the value of performance and get a proposed improvement. Measurement of Supply Chain Management performance by using SCOR method that can measure entire Supply Chain process from upstream to downstream, AHP for KPI hierarchy, and Omax for Scoring system. The results of research that has used Traffic light System shows that from 20 KPI there are 9 KPI in yellow Green 6 KPI and 5 KPI in red. The Total value of the Supply Chain performance measurement at the company acquired the value of 6.55 (yellow) which entered the category quite well between the value of 4-7. The red and yellow KPIS must be improved. But KPI are more red in giving baggage improvements to improve the performance of the Supply Chain manageme Department
