Abstract

This study purpose to select batik companies that have the best Green Supply Chain performance at Batik Ngalam Community. BNC as batik community in Malang that purpose to accommodate batik makers to channel their talents and hobbies. BNC is in charge of three companies namely Batik Blimbing Malang, Antique Batik Malang, and Celaket Batik. The research objective is to choose the batik company that has the best green supply chain performance. This type of research by a model application research. The sample in this study amounted to 7 respondents. The research data used primary data. Data collection techniques by interviews and questionnaires with respondents. The main criteria of the green supply chain include Green Procurement, Green Manufacture, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics. Whereas the alternative companies are Malang Blimbing Batik, Malang Antique Batik and Malang Celaket Batik. The analytical tool used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) decision making method from Thomas L. Saaty). The results of this study indicate that the Green Procurement criteria has the highest weighting value of 0.362 compared to other green supply chain criteria. The results of alternative weight research Malang Blimbing Batik has the highest weight value of 0.373, then Antique Batik Malang with a weight of 0.316, and Malang Celaket Batik of 0.303.
