Abstract

The purpose of this study are Analyze the conditions of demand soybeans in indonesia Analyze the factors that affect the demand soybeans in indonesia. The type this study is secondary data (time series) collected from 2000-2015. Sources of data obtained from various agencies that have documents related to research such as the central Statistics Agency (BPS), The World Bank, and analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, with the F and t-test. Based on the results of this study and discussions that have been carried out, the research conclusions can be described as follows : the level of soybean consumption in indonesia always increases. The biggest increase in production occurred in2004 where in that year experienced an increase of 0.064% and showed a positive number or increased from time to time which shows a trend that has increased by 202.97 tons annually. Soybean production conditions in indonesia tend to increase. The biggest increase in production occurred in 2012 where in that year an increase of 0.068%. while the highest decrease occurred in 2004 where in that year there had been a decline in production by 0.028%. based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen the factors that influence soybean demand in indonesia. Estimation results from the regression model show that soybean prices and population have a significant ingluence and oer capita income does not significantly influence soybean demand in indonesia.
