Abstract

PT. Kembangjoyo Sriwijaya increased company revenue through good and efficient marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine how efficient the marketing channels that have been carried out by PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya. Sampling using purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. The analytical method used is descriptive, quantitative and independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that the efficiency of business to business marketing channels is 4%. The efficiency of business to customer marketing channels is 0.9%, so it can be concluded that marketing channels meet the criteria. Businest To Business and Business To Customer marketing channels are already efficient. There is a difference in cost between the business-to-business and business-to-customer marketing channels at PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya. Business to business channels incur transportation costs, loading and unloading costs and labor costs, while business to customer channels all costs (transportation and transportation) are borne by PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya.
