Abstract
Developmental process in developing country is very needed a construction management system to support its developmental growth. Project management has function to manage human resources in order to keep its needs not to fluctuate and the cost can be pressed. In directing its resources and scheduling, it will be very easy to use PERT (Program Evaluation and Technique) method, so that it will be resulted the accurate estimation of scheduling. Besides, it also used computer software of Microsoft Project 2003. Calculation result will obtain the cost amount of construction project of STIKES Surya Mitra Husada university building as much as Rp. 1.240.261.409,-. While, by using holiday estimation and others, hence the project finishing duration is 221 days, with its fastest duration is 202.689 days and the latest duration is 239.311 days.
