Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure of opening precious metals credit, the development of the number of precious metals and precious metals credit settlement at PT. Pegadaian Branch Blimbing-Malang. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. While the data collection techniques used are by way of interviews and documentation. From the research results can be concluded that the precious metals credit is one of the investment savings products launched by PT. Pegadaian. In the procedure of opening the credit of precious metals is quite easy, so the customer feels safe and comfortable in transacation. From the development of precious metals credit customers every year is fluctuating in 2016 (77 customers), year 2017 (65 customers), year 2018 (82 customers). The process of completing the problem of precious metals credit using procedure 1) make a call or SMS, 2) give a letter and come to the customer's house, and 3) the auction process if the customer is not able to nod the precious metal in the auction to cover Installment if there is an excess money from the result of the money auction returned to the customer.
