Abstract

The study aims to determine and explain the effect of the retail marketing mix on customer satisfaction kranggan service center (KSC Cellular) in Mojokerto. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted on 100 customer respondents who had bought more than once or who were visiting KSC Cellular. The testing of the instrument was carried out with a validity test and a reliability test. The analytical tool used uses a scale range, classic assumptions, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the range of retail marketing mix scale that included merchandise included complete, including affordable prices, locations not strategic, promotions included quite appropriate, retail services including inappropriate, presentations including feasible and customer satisfaction including satisfaction. The classical assumption test results stated that the regression model was normally distributed, there were no multicorrelations, no heteroscedasticity, and no autocorrelation symptoms. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis stated that the retail marketing mix had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at KSC Cellular Mojokerto.
