Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on the performance of Malang Gojek Driver. The study population is all of the Gojek drivers in Malang. The sample of this research is the Gojek driver which has a work zone of Malang area of 50 respondents by taking a sample using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and Likert scale data measurement techniques. The analytical tool used is a range of scales, a classic assumption test and, multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. Instrument testing is done by validity and reliability testing. The results of the analysis of the scale range stated high work conflict, high work stress and low performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis states that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, work conflict and work stress together affect the performance. The most influential variable is conflict. Suggestions for companies are to improve policies and find solutions that can be agreed upon and easily understood by various parties.
