Abstract

Illusory world or more knowledgeable with cyber have closer with everyday life in Indonesia. Society one of the social network situs which now its of high in machine seeking of Google, Yahoo, Bing or other seeking machine is Facebook. Facebook is social network website where all consumer can merge into community like town, job/activity, school, and area to do or conduct and connection have interaction with others. There are some matter which need immediately get attention in problem of usage of media on internet this along with it enlarge of Facebook in society, that is the importance of peripheral of law able to be applied, goodness in the form of adapted for regulation or law requirement of this media which its target to know given by perception consumer of facebook about regulation. Approach which is used in this research approach is qualitative with aim to to explain phenomenon profusely pass or through data collecting. Qualitative do not major the level of sampling or population, even population or its sampling very limited. If gathered data have circumstantial and can explain accourate by phenomenon hence needn't look for other sampling. here more emphasized is problem of deepness quality data and non to the number of data amount ( kriyantono, 2008:57). Descriptive qualitative, because only situation explained that event. This approach do not look for explain relation or link, do not test hypothesis or make prediction (Rachmat, 1999:24). While technique determination of amount of subject research use technique intake of sample purposif sample specified intentionally by researcher. In this relation or link, is as a rule based of certain consideration or criteria; become do not pass or through election process as performed within technique of random (Faisal,1999:67). Pursuant to from result of research, researcher divide perception phase become perception think pursuant to experience of perception and anticipation and perception have the character of evaluative hence from three the phase can be found that perception of consumer of facebook account about regulation related to social network, researcher find difference of got perception of research subject in this case is consumer of facebook account, that is Science Communications Journalistic student and Study Media and also Student Science Law have difference of perception about regulation related to social network. This matter happened because influence of interest,attention and impression of research subject and also difference of experience and understanding of object which is perception.
