Abstract
The important aspect of planning and managing software development project is to estimate the cost of a project and the resource allocation. There are several methods and application for estimating the cost of a software development project, and the analogy method is a method which gives accuracy estimates enough. The aim of this application is making a system which estimates the cost of a software development project. This study show the cost application of a software development project, includes the estimate of effort point and the cost, using the data standard parameter. After the application test, that knows an analogy algorithm can be one of estimating the cost of a software development project technique.
