Research Methods : This study was true experiments Post test Only Control. Concentration of Morinda citrifolia L extracts using are 100%, 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25%, 3.125%, 1.56%, 0.78% and using 2 controls (control material and control the germs). Analysis of data using one way ANOVA, Correlation, and Regression. Research Results and discussion: The results of research MIC (Minimal inhibitory Concentration) at concentration of 6.25%, and MBC (Minimal Bactericidal Concentration) at concentrations of 12.5%. The results of one way ANOVA test was significant differences between treatments 0.000.
