Abstract

Tokopedia is an example of a company that has successfully exploited the opportunities of the online business market in Indonesia, and can become one of the companies that are the first choice of the public in Indonesia. Iprice (2017), surveyed that Tokopedia ranked first based on the number of visitors per month. This study will measure the level of usability system on Tokopedia and analyze the relationship between ease of use, usefulness and easy of learning variables on satisfaction variables simultaneously or partially. The measurement uses data taken from 100 respondents who are Tokopedia users by using the USE questionnaire. The usability percentage results are 74.4067 which proves that Tokopedia usability has a "decent" value. Hypothesis testing including simultaneous test (F) proves that there is a significant influence between the variables of ease of learning, usefulness, and ease of use on the satisfaction variable simultaneously. In addition, there is no significant effect of the ease of learning variable on satisfaction variable when tested partially (t).
