Abstract

This study aims 1) To describe the system and procedure of gold savings in the Blitar Branch Pawnshop 2) To find out and analyze the application of the gold savings marketing strategy in the Blitar Branch Pawnshop. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative, in which the analysis used by describing the facts that occur in the field objectively in order to obtain the right problem with strengthened theories from the literature literature regarding the problem. The results showed that the gold savings system and procedures set out in the Blitar Branch Pawnshop were easy, the first step by filling out, signing and submitting account forms that were complete with customer data entries. Initial opening is suggested Rp. 100,000 with details: Rp. 10,000 for the initial Administration, Rp.30,000 discounted gold management fees Per Year, Rp.6,000 purchase costs for the signature of the agreement and Rp.52,000 the remaining money will be included in the Gold Savings accumulation. Savings can be started with a multiple of 0.01 gram. The implementation of the gold savings strategy at the Blitar Branch Pawnshop is based on the results.
