The purpose of this reseach is to know fertilize leaf of hyponex eucalyptus growth. The material used are eucalyptus seeding 2 monthage, hyponex plant media composition (soil, manure cage and sand) and polybag. Tool wich are used are analytic weights, oven, notped, ruler, label, hanspryer and manual sprayer. The research is done in forestry laboratorial nursery of agriculture faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Malan, located at 560 meter dpl and quantity of the rainfall is about 1833 mm/year. It’s done on February to April 2008. In experiment process, the researcher collects the data randomly to be 2 factors. The first factor is condensation concentration fertilize leaf of hyponex (H), consist of 3 level : condensation concentration (H1) concentration 0,25 ppm/lt, (H2) consentration 0,5 ppm/lt, (H3) concentration 1 ppm/lt. factor 2, media composition plant (I) consist of 4 level : (I0) soil 100 %, (I1) soil 50 %, manure cage 25 % and sand 25 %, (I2) soil 25 %, manure cage 25 %, (I3) soil 25 %, manure cage 50 % and sand 25 %). This research is focused on : the additional of high seedling, stick diameter, leave number, root length, dry seedling and wet seedling weight. To know treatments influence, the data is analyzed variously, and then to know the best treatment, it’s tested by Duncan’s test at 5 % level. Analyzed result swos there are interaction between condensation concentration fertilize leaf of hyponex (H) and media composition (I) toword eucalyptus seedling growth at several, root length, wet wight, plant eucalyptus. At high plant eucalyptus not have an effect on reality between concentration fertilize leaf of hyponex (H) and media composition (I) at all of age. At stick diameter happened influence very real at treatment of concentration fertilize leaf of hyponex (H) while at media (I) not happened influence. good Treatment combination is H3I3 giving influence very real to growth plant. Treatment with giving] of leaf manure of hyponex give real influence at some all perception metre except high plant, dry wight of not give real influence. Based on research, plant media composition treatment gives significant influence to almost all of except at root length. Media composition between soil 25 % manure cage 50 % and sand 25 % is the best media for optimal eucalyptus seedling growth.
