Abstract
Trafficking crime is one of the worse treatment forms of violation on the humans’ dignity and prestige as God’s creatures, grabbing individual freedom, especially a woman, who often to become a victims, because of many causal factors such as economy, environment and women nature. This crime often happens around us, but it is hard for us to recognize it because the criminal usually has prepared a very neat and organized modus start from the recruitment until the exploitation stages, includes the user that conduct a copulation with the victim and not all criminals punishable. Polresta of Malang in period 2007 to June 2008 has handled 3 (three) cases of Trafficking, which all of them are happened on women in the form of sexual exploitation. Special for those three cases, it is not easy to identify the evidence. Because the victim self feels afraid to give the information needed to take action against the criminals according the prevailed law. It is because the victims generally also stimulate the criminal to sell her. The conclusion is trafficking is hard to be stopped. Notwithstanding a specific law arranging this criminal action that is Law number 21 year 2007 about The Eradication of Trafficking Crime, and because of the causal factor cannot be handled yet and the modus that very neat, not all the involved criminal punishable and the victims, who afraid to give information, makes it hard to identify the evidence.
