Abstract

Research in this skripsi, is meant to study farther violence specially ‘psychical violence of husband to wife in household’. In rule section 7 law of Number 23 Year 2004 about abolition of violence in household. As known, in the section 7 explained that ‘psychical violence as referred to in section 5 letter of bis deed resulting fear, loss of feeling self confidence, loss of ability to act, feel over a barrel, and or psychical grief of weight at someone’. But that way, often occurence of violence which almost from entire/all media and also various active institutes in handling to the violence have informed that, each; every its soybean cake can be ascertained by violence in good household of violence of physical, psychical, as well as violence which its it him progressively mount the percentage of him. Fact that happened in life of society that acting violence at woman earn happened everywhere, goodness within doors doorstep, at work and also in place its public of him. Its for even also all kinds of, in the form of hitting, persecution, terrors of causing someone feel to be maltreated, depress and fear, despitefully can in the form of restraint attitude at woman in household, so that other family member become stupidly, tardy situated behind of sea can cause endless psychological trauma. So its complex of arising out burden of violence. So that during the time violence frequently in same harsh situation that, hurting and generating effect (negative effect). Butr unhappily, during that also most people only comprehending violence as an behavioural form of hash physical, ossify and full of cruelty. While behaviour of opresif (other pressure) which its for behaviour do not physical, is becoming not reckoned by as an violence form. Though violence of is non physical more complete as a result compared to violence of physical. By paying attention fact that happened above looking that violence, specially in this case psychical violence of husband to wife show the nature of badness which extend, systematic and pattern. Its meaning, pshychical violence that happened in virtual household earn classification as badness to human and have to get serious handling and attention by state. Leave from problems above, hence in this research, writer formulate formula of research an into (1). How positive law to psychical violence of husband to wife, (2). How view punish islam to psychical violence of husband to wife. While target of which wish to be reached from result of writing of this skripsi is to know how positive law view to psychical violence of husband to wife, and to know how view punish islam to psychical violence of husband to wife
