The study was conducted at UMM green house from September 2009 until January 2010. Splitplot desaign was used in this rescarch with main plot was microbe as decomposer I.e C1 (5 ml microbe concentration), C2 ( 10 ml microbe concentration), C3 (15 ml microbe concentration) and sub plot was type organic matter I. e B1 ( cow feces + cow urine + azzola + Titonia diversifolia), B2 (rabbit feces + cow urine + azzola + Titonia diversifolia), B3 ( cow chichen + cow urine + azzola + Titonia diversifolia), B4 ( cow goats + cow urine + azzola + Titonia diversifolia) and B0 ( control (NPK crystal). 12 combination was go hed and replication of 3 times. Observation was beganat 7 dat, with 7 days interval and 3 plant for sample. Observation was done as destructive and non destruktive. Non destructive variable were: plant height (cm), plant length (cm), number of leaves (leaves), total chlorophyll (μ / ml), root length (cm), leaf area per plant (cm2), and observations covering dekstruktif variable were: fresh weight (g), and dry weight (g). The results showed that was interaction between microbe concentration and type of organic matter on fresh weight and dry weight. Microbe consentration as decomposer influence on the number of leaves at 21 dat, the amount of chlorfill at 21 dat, root long at 21 and 28 dat. While type of organic matter significantly influence on wide of leave on 7 dat. Although between treatment and control was no different.
