Objective of this research is to know influence of quality of Simpati prepaid to satisfaction of customer. To reach the target, analysis method is used of logistics regression. Hypothesis is the quality of prepaid card of Simpati which is reflection in six dimension, that is performance, feature, reliable, endurance, service, and quality which is perception give significant contribution to satisfaction customer. Analysis of logistic regression is used to know influence of quality of prepaid card Simpati to satisfaction of customer. Examine of chi-square is conducted to see significantly of influence of independent variables to dependent variable. Based on result of this research indicate that variable of quality of prepaid card Simpati do not have an effect significantly to satisfaction of customer. Result of this influence of quality of prepaid card Simpati to satisfaction of customer shown by value of R2 that is 0,466, meaning that 46,6% variation of (increase or decrease) satisfaction of customer influenced by variable of quality of prepaid card Simpati. Result of this research indicate that the quality of prepaid card Simpati conducted at customer of prepaid card of Simpati at district of Klojen-Malan do not effective. Result of calculation by assessing entirely factor that exist in quality of prepaid card Simpati, hence obtained result of that quality of prepaid card of Simpati having an effect on significantly is feature dimension and service.
