Education has an important role in the effort to achieve welfare and prosperity of the Indonesian nation. Various forms of renewal has been done to improve the quality of education, including learning to use a Moving Class system. Moving Class systems is one of the patterns of classroom management that characterized every hour to change the lesson students will leave class, then enter the next grade based on subjects that are scheduled, so the subjects in each classroom is equipped facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process. In fact there are still many schools that are applying the learning model moving class, but students just switch classes and they do not feel the characteristics of the different lessons in each classroom. This research problem is (1) How implementation of a Moving Class in junior high school Paiton? (2) What advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the SMP 1st Moving Class Paiton? (3) What obstacles or problems encountered in the implementation of the SMP 1st Moving Class Paiton? (4) What solutions or solving problems by school parties related to the problems faced in the implementation of the SMP 1st Moving Class Paiton?. This study used a qualitative descriptive method (study in SMP Negeri 1 Paiton). The subject of this research is the implementation of a Moving Class in junior high school Paiton. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis refers to the opinion of Miles and Huberman procedure reduce data, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed (1) Implementation of a Moving Class in junior high school Paiton been running well. Each subject has tersediri class so there bidng class naming studies. Where every hour lesson, the students switch classes as scheduled lesson and the teacher waited in their respective classes. (2) The excess of the implementation is Moving Class students are not saturated, further save space and money, while the disadvantage is a lot of wasted time, dirty easy class, completeness of facilities and infrastructure is not uniform, not wearing SKS and Team teaching. (3) Constraints faced are easily dirtied and class students are often late to class. (4) The solution is to take extra janitors and students who are late are given sanctions.
