Abstract

The title of this research in The Difference About Working Satisfaction between Man and Woman Employee on Social Office and Public Prosperity Kabupaten Malang. The purpose of this research are knows working satisfaction of man employee, knows working satisfaction of woman employee, and knows difference about working satisfaction between man employee and woman employee. In this research the writer use one hypothesys that expexted there is difference working satisfaction between man employee and woman employee on social office and public prosperity kabupaten Malang, considering five factors there are payment, job, leadership, promotion, and job partner. The type of this research is survey research, with total sample are 41 people, data being used are primary data and secondary data, technic variable measurement used likert scale and scale range to know working satisfaction of man employee and woman employee. Analysis instrument that used to prove correctness of research measurement instrument are validity and reliability test that compared with level of significance 5%, the result of validity test from every item are valid, for reliability test of every item scored are more than 0,6, it mean all item are reliabel. Other then analysis instrument that used to knows difference working satisfaction between man employee and woman employee on social office and public prosperity Kabupaten Malang is mann whitney analysis and the result there are difference working satisfaction considering job factor, promotion factor and job partner factor, and there arent difference working satisfaction considering payment factor, and leadership factor. From conclusion above, the writer suggest that importance to not define between man and woman employee in some job, and repair factor that affect difference working satisfaction until there aren’t difference anymore about working satisfaction between man and woman employee on social office and public prosperity Kabupaten Malang.
