In Indonesia, likely has not shown a definitive number how many gratuity possibility of hypertension experiences on Indonesian people. This thing possibly is caused a lot of them who has not known exactly about Hypertension. Hypertension is trouble at blood pressure where higher than normal state, so that blood pressure toward heart was increases. Usually this hypertension accompanied with confused physical phenomena, rigid neck muscle, feeling worries, worries, sensitive and tending to behaviour on the warpath without any causes. Besides, its the fact that Hypertension is one of disease which can cause of death. This thing is enabled by hypertension disease because it could be heart-failure, eye damage, and liver. Hence, writer felt it was important to do research of hypertension reduction by meditation treatment method with a purpose to know does giving a treatment in the form of meditation can reduce hypertension. This research is experimental method by using Pretest-Post Test One Group Design with a purpose to know treatment influence of meditation for hypertension reduction. In this research data collecting method applies sphygmanometer/tensimeter, interview technique structural and opened, applies as of self-report, and giving of treatment in the form of meditation. In analysing data to apply analysis nonstatistik in the form of graph. After given meditation treatment, blood pressure suffered every subject to tend to experiences change. Where initially (pretest) subject blood pressure to hypertension level. Subject feels headache, disturbed, worries and stres in approximant every day. Behavior which appeared is tend to be angry without any causes. That experiences was change after treatment process (posttest) done, blood pressure suffered each subject has decline or change and showing frontier hypertension. So do physical and emotional phenomena were changed. headache, disturbed, worries and stres in approximantlyin their every day life, little by little was change. Furthermore this change always occure till follow up process is done, blood pressure shows to normotensi. Reaction of previous mind tended to stress become lower and emotional situation every subject becomes calmer. This thing is enabled after take some time to meditate which is tendency of all body becomes rileks, subject can breathe with interest easy going so that heart pulse becomes normal. Hence, blood pressure becomes normal.
