Abstract

The aim of research to: describes ompensation, motivation and employee performance; examine the effect of compensation and motivation partially on employee performance: examine the effect of compensation and motivation simultaneously on employee performance; examine the compensation and motivation variables that have stronger impact on employee performance. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Total sample of 44 respondents taken based on accidental sampling. Analysis of data using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results show: sufficient perceived compensation, well perceived motivation, and high perceived employee performance; compensation and motivation have a partially significant influence on employee performance; compensation and motivation have a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance; variable compensation is a variable have a stronger effect on employee performance.
