Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance of employees, employee recruitment, job training Department of Balikpapan City Library and archives, analyze the effect of recruitment and training of work against the performance of employees. The research sample is Non-status employees of civil servants as much as 33 respondents. Type descriptive quantitative research. Using analysis tools the analysis range scale, and multiple linear regression. Sampling technique using total sampling using a questionnaire for the collection of data. The results of a range of known scale performance of employees in a high category, recruitment, training, both in the category in the category either. The results of the study revealed that the simultaneous recruitment and training effect on the performance of employees, by partial influence on the performance of the employee recruitment, as well as the training effect on the performance of employees.
