Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of MTs Surya Buana Malang students about inspiring Islamic morning stories. MTs Surya Buana has an inspirational morning story program, the implementation of which begins before students enter their respective classes. Every day the teachers alternately tell the story in front of all students with a theme that is always changing. There are several indicators in the Islamic morning inspirational story such as the value of devotion, the value of empathy, the value of doing good, the value of worship and the value of inspiration. Respondents in this study are students who are still sitting in class VII and VIII, while class IX students are not respondents in this study. The researcher only took 65 students from the total population to become respondents in this study. The conclusion of this study is that many inspiring Islamic morning stories received positive responses from students of MTs Surya Buana Malang. This is because students get a lot of knowledge, information and experience from the inspirational story program
