Abstract
This research has been done in May 18th to June 15th 2008. The location was on University of Muhammadiyah Malang Laboratory, with samples came from three locations, Dau sub-district, Jabung sub-district, and Pujon sub-district. The research aimed to find out the regression correlation between milk fat rate with pesticide residual in squeezed cow’s milk. Material used in this research was the milk samples, which was taken from the breeders from Jabung, dau, and Pujon sub-district, each sub-district were 20 samples for 7 days. The samples region was choosen, with Pujon and Dau sub-district represented west Malang region and Jabung sub-district represented east-Malang region. The result found several organochlorine pesticide dissolved in squeezed cow’s milk, some of them were linden, heptachlor, aldrin dieldrin, and endrin. From the fifth organochlorine pesticide, there was only heptachlore which had direct positive correlation with fat rate in milk, linden, and dieldrin had negative correlation with milk’s fat rate, while aldrine and endrine didn’t have any correlation with fat rate inside squeezed cow. The conclusion was certain kind of organochlorine pesticide which owed positive correlation with fat rate in milk was heptachlore with regression equation Y = - 0.0858 + 0.02167x. Dieldrin Organochlorine Pesticide had negative correlation with fat rate in milk and had regression equation Y = 0.0174 – 0.003x, there also another linden pesticide which had negative correlation, while aldrin and endrin pesticide didn’t have correlation with fat rate in milk. Organochlorine Pesticide rate in general was on tolerance limit.
