Abstract

Sexual exploitation of children used as prostitutes by their parents indicate that the protection of the rights of children are already clearly set out in legislation relating not been exercised by their parents this will inhibit the growth of mental and ways of thinking are well on their children. So that only a shortcut to get money easily by becoming prostitutes in a very young age. Legal writing as this final take of the problem: 1. What is the reason for the sexual exploitation of children used as prostitutes by their parents? 2. How does the child prostitution or the mode of doing the transaction? 3. How the judicial aspect of sexual exploitation by the biological parents of children with a way to make a whore? The writing of this law in using the approach used in the writing of this thesis is a sociological juridical, data gathering techniques interviw, observation, documentation, library. From the results of the observations and interviews in the use of data analysis by Act No23 of 2002 on child protection, the Law No. 4 of 1979 on child Welfare, Law No. 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights, the Criminal Code. In conclusion, to enforce laws relating to sexual exploitation of children used as prostitutes by their parents so there is substance, its structure and culture should be synergized.
