Abstract

Education role to develop the nation needs a deep thinking to process. In order to make the teaching and learning process run well, the education institution always do administration evaluation and maintenance. From the background of study, the writer state problems to find out administration problems. They were how to apply school administration and what factors inhibit the teaching and learning process, also what kind of effort done in order to progress the teaching and learning process fluency. Research Design and approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive design. The location was on Muhammadiyah Junior High School 06 Dau – Malang. Data collection technique were observation, interview, and documentation. Data was checked by triangulation technique. Data analysis started from reviewing all data from many resources, data reduction, data validity checking, data interpretation into substantive theory by using certain method. Research phases started from preparation, process, and report From analysis, could be concluded that in school administration performance, public relation and administration staff at Muhammadiyah Junior High School 06 Dau – Malang was not optimal. It caused by the inhibition existed like : lack of balance principle, lack of academic personnel, lack of discipline and administrative staff quality. Efforts to increase the fluency of teaching and learning process was by evaluating the program to find out problems and solution from the problem which then maintaining the learning program plan, solving problem about lack of academic and administrative staff, increasing the employee’s discipline, form a good corporation to make the learning process fluency, directed and effective
