Abstract
Pile foundation is a functioning component to distribute weights caused by upper structure of a constractoin which gives possible support. The foundation planning must be correct and precise. The foundation of Dino Park Apartment building uses the spun pile made in WIKA BETON with the quality of 52 Mpa. The method used in the analysis of this building uses 3D structure by using Etabs software. The Etabs output showed the axial force of the column reached 5176,873 kN. The foundation bearing capacity is designed by using the Standard Penetration Test (SPT). Based on The foundation bearing capacity of single piling with a diameter of 60 cm in the depth of 10 meter showed the compressive strength of 2390,781 kN. By calculating the efficiency value, it was achieved the group bearing capacity (Qu) of 7246,723 kN > 5176,873 kN which is considered qualified. The flexural reinforcement D22-110 mm is designed to bear the moment of pile cap which reached 654,561 kN-m and the plan shear reinforcement of D10-110 mm. The immediate settlement (Si) is 1,143 cm.
