Abstract

With a variety of curriculum development in 2013, increasing the ability of teachers to manage the learning activities is a must do. SD Plus Rahmat Kediri one advanced private primary schools in the town of Kediri and already to Curriculum 2013. This research is helpful to know the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in schools that in fact has been a lot of charge lesson. Its main purpose is to analyze: (1) Qualification from SD Plus Rahmat Kediri teachers in implementing the curriculum in 2013; (2) The implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Plus Rahmat Kediri; (3) Obstacles to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Plus Rahmat Kediri; and (4) Measures taken SD Plus Rahmat Kediri to overcome various problems that arise. This research includes policy research methods analytical description, because the problems studied is 2013. Curriculum Implementation Procedures research through three stages, namely the pre field, field work and data analysis. Source of data derived from Headmaster, Committee, Teachers, parents, and students. The collection of data through observation, interviews, review of documents and archives. Technique authenticity of data using triangulation techniques and reviews of informants. From this study it can be concluded that: (1) Qualification Master Readiness Curriculum 2013 in SD Plus Rahmat Kediri has been good, but the educational background of many teacher were not appropriate; (2) The implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SD Plus Rahmat Kediri character has been applied since long with the refracting daily; (3) Obstacles to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of reporting of learning outcomes and KTSP still apply in National Excercise; (4) Measures taken to overcome the problems with good organization system, supervision, parenting seminars, peer tutoring, and training and seminars.
