Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of provincial minimum wage (UMP), Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) and inflation to unemployment in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The analysis tool used is a model of multiple regression analysis of panel data by testing the hypothesis of classical assumption test and F-tests, t-tests, the coefficient of determination R². The result of regression analysis of panel data and classical assumption test showed that provincial minimum wage (UMP) variables have negative and significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2011 - 2015, Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) variable has positive and significant impact to unemployment in Indonesia in 2011 - 2015, while inflation variable has positive and insignificant effect to unemployment in Indonesia’n Province in 2011 - 2015.
