Abstract

Watchfulness aim that done that is to detect employee work motivation and to detect employee work satisfaction in saving and loan cooperation Tri Jaya self-supporting Pare Kediri. Furthermore this watchfulness aims to detect influence significant between motivation towards employee work satisfaction in saving and loan cooperation trijaya self-supporting Pare Kediri. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance analysis and doubled linear regression. based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so can be pulled conclusion that employee work motivation that cover factor motivator and factor hygiene in saving and loan cooperation Tri Jaya self-supporting Pare Kediri enter in tall category. the result provable with with scale distance average score for factor motivator that is as big as 118,06 and factor hygiene that is as big as 120 that enter in tall category. Employee work satisfaction in saving and loan cooperation Tri Jaya self-supporting Pare Kediri enter in tall category, demonstrably with scale distance average score as big as 125,25. found influence significant between motivation towards employee work satisfaction in saving and loan cooperation Tri Jaya self-supporting Pare Kediri. Based on watchfulness result conclusion so submitted several suggestions that is supposed cooperation management side for permanent defends factor motivator and factor hygiene, the mentioned caused by during the time work motivation condition employees enters in tall category. real step that can be done that is with give facilities that can fulfil need employees at company that is with give salary that can fulfil need employees.
