In By Law No. 3 the year 1970 about Symbol of area in sub-province Lombok Barat is formal Decision of Local Parliament of Sub-Province II Lombok Barat banding all West Lombok island public. As a symbol, its(the usage has run carefully, but motto Patut Patuh Patju which written in symbol and has a real important value content mean for West Lombok island public. In development era which with vision of culture these days is required a frame of reference of culture which can be made supporting facilities for public activator to participate in development. Moves public as development subject push’s we to deepen essence from the strength. One of strength of is culture ethos which has rooted in the public. And West Lombok island, the culture ethos in fact has been realized in motto Patut Patuh Patju. But the culture ethos, still have not fully is realized or involved by West Lombok island all walks of life. And so do has not been comprehended its relevance with present day development and a period of which will come. With problem formula how the role of government of countryside and countryside public figures Suranadi in building public which Patut Patuh Patju, this research aim to know how far culture Patut Patuh Patju to success of development in West Lombok island especially in Desa Suranadi where public given on to globalization era claiming existence of change. This research is qualitative descriptive research with its population subject is Countryside Suranadi and its population object is countryside peripheral figures countryside public and countryside public residing in Countryside Suranadi, and data obtained from result of interview and from documents related to thing that is accurate. Data analysis applied is qualitative data analysis that is analysis done through common sense based on logic to draw a logical conclusion about data analyzed. From result of research of government effort of countryside and public figures Suranadi in building public which Patut Patuh Patju is by the way of Manunggal Operation’s Patut Patuh Patju a way of approach or development strategy that is intrinsically is breakthrough supports national development and area which emphasis at development of countryside by laboring changes bounces pushes public by laboring existence of self-supporting participation of public in its execution following pattern ABRI Admission Countryside. government effort of Countryside and elite figure also is done through safari braids relationship to reach target to look in the face between government functionaries, public figures with public directly. Data analysis having taken steps hence, can be taken conclusion that development which with vision of culture would more succeeded if such a development increased public taking part in as subject and supporting facilities for development so that all something executed as according to understanding and confidence of local area public. Strategy which has been done government of countryside and elite figure is Manunggal Operation’s Patut Patuh Patju and Safari braids relationship has become agenda in building West Lombok island public through culture Patut Patuh Patju.
