Abstract

Background: Stomach diameter means the narrowest horizontal line of the stomach which measured by surrounding the stomach using midline (measuring tape) and the resulting number stated using centimeter unit. High-Intensity Interval Training (Sprint) is a cardio workout with a combination of training which divided into few cycles in short, medium or long intensity duration. Resistance Training (sit up) is a planned activity with a beneficial purpose to keep the muscle mass in the process of diet program. Research Method: The research design used in this test is Pre-Experimental with one group pre-test post-test approach. Instruments used for data collection using measuring tape named midline. Analysis data that used is The Wilcoxon Test. Result: The Wilcoxon measuring result using SPSS 21 software with using probability 0,00<0,05 probability (sig 2 tailed) show H₁ is accepted, and obtained result the combination result of High-Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Training able to reduce the student stomach’s diameter. Conclusion: There is a significant impact between the combination of High-Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Training to the reduction of stomach diameter (p < a = 0,05)
