Abstract

The hospital is one of the government installations in the field of the public sector in the field of health services that provide various facilities. In waste management activities, the Environmental Sanitation Installation (IPL) of Kediri District Hospital administers and supervises various physical, chemical and biological environmental factors. Kediri Regency Hospital has not implemented a system of environmental performance measurement and one of the government programs related to environmental performance, so that environmental performance measurement is needed because it can improve and improve the performance of its environmental management. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and OMAX (Objective Matrix) method are used to design environmental performance system at hospital. The data needed is medical and non medical treatment. Data were collacted using pairwise comparison questionnaires. Results of questionnaires processed using Expert Choice. Weighted KEPI results are processed by OMAX method. The OMAX method is used to determine the value of environmental performance. There 37 KEPI aspect of the environment. Based on the result of the environmental performance assessment, liquid waste has the highest weight of 0,298.
